The Town Green Centre (our suite of halls)
is 25 years old this month!
We had a great Open Day on May 13th. The Centre was re-dedicated at 4 pm by Pam Rhodes (who opened the Town Green Centre in 1992). The church was full for an evening event led by Pam in which we sang nine hymns, heard their stories and listened to an item from an expanded Singing Group. Photos now in the Albums!
STOP PRESS: A report - with photos - is on the Mercury website at this link: http://bit.ly/2rhhJVS
Situated in the heart of Town Green, the church offers a range of traditional, all-age, reflective and alternative worship services, as well as a warm welcome from a friendly and community minded church family. A choice of the three different halls, two kitchens and toilet facilities that make up the Town Green Centre (built onto the church in recent years) is available to outside hirers (see Town Green Centre link). We welcome enquiries about christenings, weddings and funerals, as well as enquiries about the Christian faith and/or Methodist heritage.
We are part of Wymondham Church Network - a grouping that links Churches and Christians, allowing them to communicate with each other, and to work with each other in a variety of partnerships on different projects. http://www.wymondhamchurchnetwork.org.uk.
